My journey into holistic wellness began with losing my mother at 9 years old. When you lose your mom and other cherished loved ones far too soon and early on in your childhood you began to believe that dying at 42 is normal...Until you get older and realize it is not and the story goes way deeper!

That type of childhood shapes you and helps you wake up to a simple truth: our bodies are incredibly powerful when we give them the right support. What we consume—in our minds, bodies, and spirits—matters more than most of us are ever taught.

After experiencing firsthand how nutrition, herbs, movement, mindset, and intentional living can transform the way we feel, wellness became more than an interest—it became a lifestyle. What we put into our bodies can either support our well-being or work against it.
